The other night I had a most excellent meal! Cooked by RadiantSun and Ginko72.

Almond stuffed, Bacon Wrapped Dates
Prociutto wrapped Melon
Fresh Green Salad with Ginger Wasabi Dressing
Roasted Yellow and Red Pepper soup with Pistou
Furikake crusted Ahi with Mango Salsa

I know the amount of effort that goes into a dinner party. Not only is there the food prep, house prep, planning and timing of cooking, but also the general hosting [you know, looking people in the eye, smiling, asking them what they want to drink and then getting it for them] but also the COST$! Unless you’ve done this before, most people don't realize the cost involved! It's usually cheaper than taking all your friends out to a restaurant, but not as cheap as you think.
