Swank Librarian Part 2

I am in a grocery store, at the check out counter.
Guy who puts food in bags: What's that? Points to my scarf
Me: It's a scarf.
GWPFIB: Looks like grass.
Me: [just stares, thinking, You are soooo not my demographic]
GWPFIB: Did it come that way, or did you make it?
Me: I made it. It has been knitted from 2 different Italian yarns.
GWPFIB: Yeah, and it looks like grass. I mean it's nice and all.
Me: Gee...thanks.
