Fondue
to You too
I participated in
Thanksgiving this year. Going for non-traditional, it was a 3-course
fondue meal.
First Course:
Cheese fondue with these items to dip: French bread cubes, Mushrooms,
Cherry tomatoes, sliced Zucchini, Romaine leaves.
Second course:
Red broth fondue and Hot oil Fondue with these items to dip: Turkey,
light and dark meat, and Elk.
Accompanied by Sausage Stuffing [made in a square muffin pan] and Solar
cooked Sweet Potatoes.
Sauces: Sour cream blue cheese dip, Ginger-soy-onion sauce, Cranberry
chutney and of course, Gravy.
Dessert
Course:
Milk Chocolate fondue with these items to dip: Rice Krispie treats,
and sliced Bananas.
Accompanied by Pumpkin Flan and Walnut shaped Almond Cookies with milk
chocolate marzipan filling.
